Terms of Service

Quotes and estimates
Quotes are based on the information you provide about size, condition and scope. If the actual condition differs significantly, we will contact you with a revised price before starting.
Scheduling and access
You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the agreed time. If our crew cannot access the property, a lockout fee of up to 50% of the service price may apply.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations with less notice may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, contact us within 24 hours of the service and we will return to re-clean that area at no additional cost. The guarantee covers re-cleaning, not cash refunds.
Payment
Residential service is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed. Commercial contracts are invoiced monthly on net terms specified in the written agreement. Late balances may accrue a service charge.
Damage and liability
IBS Cleaning Services LLC carries general liability insurance. Report any suspected damage within 24 hours of the service so we can investigate. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or items that are unstable, antique or improperly mounted.
Items we do not handle
For safety reasons our crews do not clean biohazards, mold remediation, pest waste, or areas requiring ladders above standard height, and do not move heavy furniture or appliances.
