- Yes. Recurring janitorial work is set up with a simple written service agreement that lists scope, frequency and price. No long-term lock-in — 30-day notice either way.
- Are you insured, and can you provide a COI?
- IBS Cleaning Services LLC is fully insured. We send a certificate of insurance naming your property or management company before the first service.
- Can you clean after business hours?
- Yes. Most of our commercial accounts are cleaned at night, early morning or on weekends so your team is never interrupted.
- Which areas do you cover for commercial accounts?
- Madison and all of Dane County, including Sun Prairie, Fitchburg, Middleton, Verona, Waunakee, Monona, Stoughton, McFarland, DeForest, Cottage Grove, Oregon and Cross Plains.
- How is pricing calculated?
